Be it a question about making an application, placement in a job, claims to payments or general information: a variety of matters to do with "Bürgergeld" (citizens' money) can be dealt with by our employees on the hotline.

You can come to the customer centres in our offices in City Centre (Mitte), Hiltrup and North without an appointment. Here, you can obtain general information on the subject of "Bürgergeld" (citizens' money) and also submit your documents. The customer centre also coordinates your appointments for job placements and granting of payments if you have not yet made an appointment.

The office responsible for you in consultancy and placement depends on where you live and whether you are in one of the groups of people for whom we have a specific offer of consultancy. For receipt of payments, please always get in touch with the office responsible for your address.
