Equality of chances on the labour market
The Representative for Equality of Chances on the Labour Market at Münster Jobcenter commits herself for equality of women and men on the labour market and also in the provision of payments according to Vol. II of the German Social Code.
She campaigns for discrimination being broken down, family and profession being compatible better and specific target groups, such as single parents, being supported.
She consults and supports payment receivers who are able to work and their dependants, the Jobcenter, employers and employees’ and employers’ organisations in questions of compatibility of family and profession, support of women and equality of men and women on the labour market.
She gives information on subjects like part-time education, flexible working time models, looking after children, qualification and re-integration following a family phase.
As a partner in regional networks, she initiates, develops and accompanies projects, measures and events.
