Book of Peace
Throughout the day, the "Book of Peace" donated by Osthues jewelers was on display in the historic town hall, giving everyone the opportunity to put their wish for peace into words and affirm it. Around 1,000 visitors signed their names and sometimes had to wait in long queues to do so.
On the morning of October 25, the book was handed over by Mayor Maria Winkel in Osnabrück, where it was also on display on the anniversary day there.
